摘 要:目的分析胎儿小脑横径(TCD)与腹围(AC)的比值对胎儿生长受限(FGR)的预测价值。方法收集行产前超声筛查且随访诊断为FGR的女性34例为FGR组,正常妊娠的女性200例为对照组,采用超声对FGR组和正常组胎儿的双顶径(BPD)、头围(HC)、腹围(AC)、股骨长(FL)进行测量,并对TCD/AC与HC/AC进行分析评估。结果FGR组TCD/AC为0.15±0.01,对照组TCD/AC为0.13±0.01,FGR组显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。TCD/AC预测FGR的灵敏度为90.30%,特异度为93.20%,诊断准确度为96.20%,均高于HC/AC(P<0.05)。结论TCD/AC可作为预测FGR的指标,且有较好的灵敏度、特异度及诊断准确度。Objective To analyze the predictive value of the ratio of transverse cerebellar diameter(TCD)to abdominal circumference(AC)in fetal growth restriction(FGR).Methods A total of 34 pregnant women diagnosed with fetal growth restriction as FGR group and 200 normal pregnant women as control group from prenatal ultrasound screening in were collected.The biparietal diameter(BPD),head circumference(HC),abdominal circumference(AC)and femur length(FL)of fetuses in FGR group and normal group were measured by ultrasound,TCD/AC and HC/AC were analyzed and evaluated.Results FGR group TCD/AC(0.15±0.01),control group TCD/AC(0.13±0.01),FGR group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.001).The sensitivity 90.30%,specificity 93.20%,accuracy 96.20%of TCD/AC was higher than that of HC/AC in predicting FGR(P<0.05).Conclusions TCD/AC can be used as a predictor of FGR,and has good sensitivity,specificity and accuracy.
