摘　　要：兰新线作为丝绸之路经济带的重要组成部分,主要承担我国内陆与甘新地区乃至亚欧大陆的货物交流,对促进西部地区经济发展起到了至关重要的作用。通过对兰新线武威南至安北(不含)段线路运输能力、铁路货物运输需求以及相关铁路通道分流情况进行分析,针对目前兰新线所表现出点线能力不协调的问题,分别从客货分流、缩短列车追踪间隔时间和部分站场扩容改造的角度提出优化方案,可以在短期内有效释放兰新线运力,满足煤炭等大宗货物的运输需求。研究结果表明优化方案能够提升兰新线的货运通过能力,满足未来不断增长的运输需求,有效保障“疆煤外运”大通道畅通和沿线地方经济的快速发展。研究方法可为有关铁路通过能力提升研究提供借鉴。The Lanxin Line,as an important component of the Silk Road Economic Belt,mainly undertakes the exchange of goods within China's inland areas expecially the Gansu Xinjiang region,as well as the Eurasian continent,which plays a crucial role in promoting the economic development of the western region.By analyzing the transportation capacity,freight transportation demand,and related railway channel cargo diversion of the Wuweinan-Anbei(excluding)section of the Lanxin Line,and in response to the current phenomenon of inconsistent point line capacity on the Lanxin Line,optimization strategies are proposed from the perspectives of passenger and freight diversion,shortening train tracking interval time,and expanding and renovating some stations,which can effectively release the transportation capacity of the Lanxin Line in the short term,and meet the transportation needs for bulk goods such as coal.The research results indicate that the proposed optimization method can enhance the freight capacity of the Lanxin Line and meet the growing transportation demand in the future.The research method can provide reference for the optimization of railway capacity.
