摘　　要：南亚公铁联运通道建设对南亚地区提高综合运输效率、降低物流成本、促进节能减排、推动沿线国家经济高质量发展等方面具有重要意义。本文在概述南亚通道基本情况的基础上,从基础网络、载运工具、运输组织、信息共享和标准规范分别阐述该通道的发展现状,并针对目前存在的基础网络不通畅、载运工具不匹配和运输组织不协调等问题提出改进策略,最后从国家政策、人才培养、资金保障三个方面制定相应的措施,进一步完善国际综合多式联运物流服务体系,为南亚通道的建设与发展提供参考依据。The construction of the South Asian rail transit corridor is of great significance for improving comprehensive transportation efficiency,reducing logistics costs,promoting energy conservation and emission reduction,and promoting high-quality economic development of countries along the route in the South Asian region.On the basis of summarizing the basic situation of the South Asia passage,this paper expounds the development status of the passage transformation from five aspects:basic network,transport means,transport organization,information sharing and standard specification,and puts forward improvement strategies in view of the existing problems such as unsmooth basic network,unmatched transport means and uncoordinated transport organization.Finally,corresponding measures should be formulated from three aspects:national policy,personnel training and fund guarantee,so as to further improve the international comprehensive multimodal transport logistics service system and provide reference for the construction and development of the South Asia channel.
