摘　　要：宋代社会的流动性加强使家书成为教育子女的重要手段,家书中保留了大量有关家庭教育和家族治理的内容,这是宋代家书的精华所在。宋代士人的治家理念是一个动态发展、不断演进的过程,用仁爱孝悌的理念倡导家族成员之间和睦相处;提倡勤俭持家,不仅是出于节约家族财产的考虑,更是以此培养士人淡泊坚韧的品德。科举取士的人才选拔制度对宋代家族的影响极为深远,自此,诗书传家成为家族兴旺和保持家声不坠的主要途径。宋代家书中的治家理念对今天倡导传承优秀家风、建设和谐家庭依然有许多借鉴意义。The mobility of the society in the Song Dynasty has made the family letter an important means of educating children.A lot of family management has been retained in the family letters,which is the essence of the them.The scholar's idea of running a family in Song Dynasty is a process of dynamic development and continuous evolution.Advocating filial piety and benevolence to make family members live in harmony.The advocation of diligence and frugality is not only for the sake of saving family property,but also for cultivating scholar's indifferent and tough character.The talent selection system of imperial examination had a profound influence on the family of Song Dynasty.From then on,the inheritance of poetry and books became main ways for the family to prosper and keep the family's reputation.The idea of family management in family letters reflects the changes of the times and records the rise and fall of the families in Song Dynasty.
