住宅工程质量分户验收现状与改进措施研究

摘　　要：住宅作为人们日常生活必不可少的基础设施,其建设随着科技化的发展呈现出多元化的趋势。住宅建设时参与人数多,建设周期长,不同于一般的工艺产品,其质量是人们重点关注的对象。分户验收是针对住宅建成后,投入使用前所进行的质量检验活动,该工作的实施可以有效避免因住宅质量造成的纠纷,有效保障多方的利益。就分户验收的意义和内容进行简单介绍,并分析了住宅工程质量分户验收现状,提出了住宅项目分户验收实施过程中的改进措施,以供参考和借鉴。As an essential infrastructure for people’s daily lives,residential construction has shown a diversified trend with the development of technology.During residential construction,there are a large number of participants and a long construction cycle.Unlike ordinary craft products,their quality is a key concern for people.Household acceptance is a quality inspection activity conducted after the completion of residential buildings and before they are put into use.The implementation of this work can effectively avoid disputes caused by residential quality and protect the interests of multiple parties.Briefly introduces the significance and content of household acceptance,analysis the current situation of household acceptance for residential engineering quality,and proposes improvement measures in the implementation process of household acceptance for residential projects,for reference.
