摘  要:昆明轨道交通4号线螺蛳湾站~斗南站盾构区间全长2970.9m,设地下四层中间风井1座,受征地拆迁影响,无法在盾构机到达风井时全部完工并提供过站条件,存在盾构设备在洞内被动停机的风险。结合工程实际情况,通过研究承压水地层盾构接收和二次始发端头加固、风井负4层格构柱托换、盾构空推过站准备,以及过站安全保证措施等方面,保证了风井在围护结构闭合、主体结构未完工的工况下,优先提供盾构机空推过站条件,所得研究成果可为类似工程提供借鉴。The shield tunnel section from Luosiwan Station to Dounan Station on Kunming Metro Line 4 has a total length of 2970.9m and is equipped with one intermediate air shaft on four underground floors.Due to land acquisition and demolition,it is not possible to fully complete and provide passing conditions when the shield tunneling machine reaches the air shaft,posing a risk of passive shutdown of the shield tunneling equipment inside the tunnel.Based on the actual situation of the project,by studying the reception and secondary starting end reinforcement of shield tunneling in the pressurized water layer,the support and replacement of grid columns in the negative fourth layer of the air shaft,the preparation of shield tunneling air pushing through the station,and the safety assurance measures for passing through the station,it is ensured that the air shaft prioritizes the provision of shield tunneling air pushing through the station under the working conditions of closed enclosure structure and unfinished main structure.The research results obtained can provide reference for similar projects.
