摘　　要：针对城市地下管线信息管理中动态更新困难、对规划和历史资料库关注不足及对业务信息(如排水检测视频、判读信息等)关联查询不够直观、便捷等问题,通过对国家政策、管线规范及GIS系统开发的研究,开发了B/S与PDA融合的管线信息管理子系统、管线移动巡查子系统两大子系统,系统以空间数据库为基础,以管线点和管线段为基本管理对象,以“网络化、一张图”的直观模式组织信息,实现对管线网络的空间信息、属性信息、业务信息,以及基础地理背景数据的一体化管理,实现数据的动态更新,同时对管线的生命周期进行跟踪管理。Aiming at the problems such as difficulties in dynamic update in urban underground pipeline information management,insufficient attention to planning and historical database,and not intuitive and convenient related query of business information(drainage detection video,interpretation information,etc.),through research on national policies,pipeline specifications and GIS system development.The pipeline information management subsystem,which integrates B/S and PDA,and the pipeline mobile inspection subsystem are developed.Based on the spatial database,the system takes the pipeline points and pipeline segments as the basic management objects.Information is organized in the visual mode of“network and one map”to realize integrated management of spatial information,attribute information,business information,and basic geographic background data of the pipeline network,realize dynamic update of data,and track and manage the life cycle of the pipeline.
