摘  要:高含硫气田因集气站定期停产检修,需全气田关井一个月甚至更长,但随着地层压力逐渐降低,长时间关井后,产水气井易发生井筒积液和储层反渗吸,复产难度大;同时因高含硫气井油套不连通,无法直接应用常规产水气井复产措施,进一步增加了复产难度。为了实现高含硫产水气井长时间关井后顺利复产,文中首先建立产水气井复产模型,同时结合关井期间的动态监测资料,根据气井压力、液气比等参数,明确了产水气井顺利复产的条件;其次,通过地质工程一体化研究,分析了影响气井复产的原因,包括水合物、井筒积液、储层反渗吸等;最后,基于不同井型(水平井、斜直井)的产水气井,分别提出了复产对策,首次提出了水平井井筒注液氮保压措施,对水平井产水气井复产起到了关键作用。川东北气田于2016年和2022年进行了2次全气田关井,应用上述复产对策后,所有产水气井均正常复产。该复产技术对高含硫产水气井的复产具有借鉴意义。Due to the regular shutdown and maintenance of gas gathering stations in high sulfur gas fields,the entire gas field needs to be shut down for a month or even longer.However,as the formation pressure gradually decreases and the well is shut in for a long time,the water-producing gas well is prone to wellbore accumulation and reservoir reverse imbibition,making it difficult for the water-producing gas well to resume production.At the same time,due to the disconnected oil casing of high sulfur gas wells,conventional production measures for water-producing gas wells cannot be directly applied,further increasing the difficulty of resuming production.In order to achieve the smooth resumption of production of high sulfur water-producing gas wells after long-term shut-in,a model for the resumption of production of water-producing gas wells is first established in the paper.At the same time,combined with dynamic monitoring data during the shut-in period,the conditions for the smooth resumption of production of water-producing gas wells are clarified based on parameters such as gas well pressure and liquid-gas ratio.Secondly,through geology-engineering integration research,the reasons affecting the resumption of production of gas wells were analyzed,including hydrates,wellbore fluid accumulation,reservoir reverse osmosis,etc.Finally,based on different well types(horizontal wells and inclined vertical wells)of water-producing gas wells,resumption strategies were proposed respectively,and for the first time,liquid nitrogen injection into the wellbore of horizontal wells was innovatively proposed to maintain pressure,which played a key role in the resumption of water-producing gas wells in horizontal wells.The gas fields in Northeast Sichuan was shut in twice in 2016 and 2022,and all water-producing gas wells resumed normal production after applying the above resumption measures.This resumption technology has strong reference significance for the resumption of production of high sulfur water-producing gas wells.
