高校文化建设与大学生核心价值观培养探析

摘　　要：随着社会经济的高速发展,大学生的价值观在多元文化的冲击下极易产生价值错位或价值偏移等问题。在学生的学习生活中校园环境会对学生产生直接影响,加强校园文化建设,打造优质校园文化环境有利于为大学生带来潜移默化的影响与教育。因此,校园文化环境已经成为培养高素质人才的必要条件。在校园文化建设的视角下,对培养大学生社会主义核心价值观的重要性进行分析,整理校园文化建设对大学生核心价值观产生的重要影响,基于当前大学生价值观中存在的问题,探析校园文化培养大学生核心价值观的有效路径。With the rapid development of social economy,the core values of college students are prone to problems such as value dislocation or value deviation under the impact of multi-culture.In the study and life of students,the campus environment will have a direct impact on students.Strengthening the construction of campus culture and creating a high-quality campus cultural environment is conducive to bringing imperceptible influence and education for college students.Therefore,the campus cultural environment has become a necessary condition for cultivating high-quality talents.From the perspective of campus culture construction,this paper will analyze the importance of cultivating college students’core values,and sort out the important impact of campus culture construction on college students’core values.Based on the problems existing in the current college students’core values,effective path of campus culture to cultivate the core values of college students are explored.
