从“身瘦不孕”谈“瘦型”多囊卵巢综合征的养精之法

摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种常见的涉及生殖、内分泌、代谢、心理等多领域的疾病,该疾病具有高度异质性、进行性以及不可治愈性,中医药治疗该病具有一定优势,而文献中关于“瘦型”PCOS的报道甚少。从《傅青主女科》治疗“身瘦不孕”之“养精种玉汤”受到启示,认为该类型PCOS多与肝肾精血不足有关,灵活运用“养精”之法治疗非肥胖型PCOS疗效颇佳,总结出治疗“瘦型”PCOS的“养精四法”,为“瘦型”PCOS的中医诊疗提供新思路。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common disease involving reproductive,endocrine,metabolic,psychological and other fields,which is highly heterogeneous,progressive and incurable,and the treatment of this disease by traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages,and there are very few reports on“thin”PCOS in the literature.Inspired by“Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction”of FU Qingzhu Female Medicine for treating“thin infertility”,and believed that this type of PCOS was mostly related to the deficiency of essence and blood in liver and kidney,and the treatment of thin type PCOS with the methods of“nourishing essence”was quite effective.The treatment of thin type PCOS using the method of“nourishing the essence”has a good therapeutic effect,summarizing the“four methods of nourishing the essence”for the treatment of“thin type”PCOS,which provides a new way of thinking for the Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of“thin type”PCOS.
