摘 要:目的分析肥胖人群外周血嗜酸性粒细胞数量和活性表达情况。方法选取2021年6—9月中国中医科学院广安门医院>40岁的体检者41名,根据体重指数(BMI)分为肥胖组(20例,BMI≥30 kg/m2)和对照组(21例,18.5kg/m2<BMI<28kg/m2)。收集所有研究对象一般资料。采用流式细胞术检测外周血嗜酸性粒细胞CD62L、CD63表达情况;采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平。比较2个组外周血嗜酸性粒细胞数量、百分比和CD62L、CD63、ECP表达的差异。结果肥胖组外周血嗜酸性粒细胞、中性粒细胞数量和百分比、血清ECP水平均稍高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CD62L水平低于对照组(P<0.05),CD63高于对照组(P<0.01)。CD62L与BMI呈显著负相关(r=-0.332,P=0.034)。结论肥胖可能与外周血嗜酸性粒细胞活性显著增强有关。Objective To analyze the number and activity of peripheral blood eosinophils in obese people.Methods A total of 41 subjects>40 years old at Guang'anmen Hospital from June to September 2021 were enrolled.According to body mass index(BMI),the subjects were classified into obese group(20 cases,BMI≥30 kg/m2)and control group(21 cases,18.5 kg/m2<BMI<28 kg/m2).The general information were collected.The expressions of CD62L and CD63 in peripheral blood eosinophils were determined by flow cytometry.The level of serum eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The number and percentage of peripheral blood eosinophils and the expressions of CD62L,CD63 and ECP were compared between the 2 groups.Results The number and percentage of peripheral blood eosinophils and neutrophils and serum ECP levels in obese group were higher than those in control group(P>0.05).CD62L was lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and CD63 was higher than that in control group(P<0.01).CD62L was negatively correlated with BMI(r=-0.332,P=0.034).Conclusions Obesity might be related to the increase of peripheral blood eosinophil activity.
