基于证候学探讨癫痫放电部位与五神脏的关系

摘　　要：通过归纳大脑不同部位异常放电产生的癫痫证候学特点,结合中医五神脏功能异常所产生的证候特征,比较二者之间的异同,探讨其中的关联。结果发现,额叶癫痫证候特点与肝及所藏肝魂功能失常表现高度相似;颞叶癫痫证候表现与心、肝、脾及其所藏神、魂、意功能失常表现相符;枕叶癫痫证候特点与肝、肾及所藏魂、志功能失常表现相似;顶叶癫痫证候特点与肺、心及所藏魄、神功能失常表现有一定关联;岛叶癫痫证候特点与脾及所藏意失常表现相符。By summarizing the characteristics of epilepsy symptoms caused by abnormal discharge in different parts of the brain and combining with the characteristics of syndrome caused by abnormal function of five mental activities housing viscera in traditional Chinese medicine,we compared the similarities and differences between the two and discussed the correlation.The results showed that the characteristics of frontal lobe epilepsy were highly similar to the manifestations of dysfunction of liver and liver storing ethereal soul.The symptoms of temporal lobe epilepsy are consistent with the manifestations of dysfunction of heart,liver and spleen,and dysfunction of heart storing spirit,liver storing ethereal soul,and spleen storing ideation.The characteristics of occipital lobe epilepsy are similar to the manifestations of liver and kidney dysfunction,and the dysfunction of liver storing ethereal soul and kidney storing will.The characteristics of parietal epilepsy symptoms are related to the manifestations of lung and heart dysfunction,and the dysfunction of lung storing corporeal soul and heart storing spirit.The characteristics of insular epilepsy symptoms are consistent with the manifestations of spleen dysfunction and spleen storing ideation disorder.
