摘  要:为研究湘东黑山羊不同月龄的血液生化指标含量及其相关性,选取健康、体型相似的2、6、12月龄湘东黑山羊,测定了血液白蛋白(ALB)、总胆固醇(T-CHO)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、尿素氮(BUN)、血糖(GLU)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总蛋白(T-PRO)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、肌酐(CRE)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)等11项血液生化指标含量。结果显示,公羊各月龄ALP、CPK含量差异不显著(P>0.05),其余9项指标含量差异显著(P<0.05);母羊各月龄CPK含量差异不显著(P>0.05),其余10项指标含量差异显著(P<0.05)。相同月龄公、母羊间,各项生化指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。ALB与月龄呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。T-CHO与月龄、ALB均呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。GOT与T-CHO呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。BUN与月龄、ALB均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与T-CHO呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。GLU与T-CHO呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与BUN呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与GOT呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。ALP与T-CHO呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与月龄呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。T-PRO与月龄、ALB均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与GLU呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与T-CHO、ALP均呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。GPT与GOT呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与月龄呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与GLU呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。CRE与ALB呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与月龄、BUN、T-PRO均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。CPK与ALP呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。LDH与T-CHO、ALP呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与CRE呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与月龄、ALB、T-PRO呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。该研究可为湘东黑山羊的选种选育、疾病诊断、营养状况的评价等提供参考依据。In order to study the blood biochemical index content and its correlation of Xiangdong Black goats at different months of age,healthy Xiangdong Black goats at 2,6 and 12 months of age with similar body shape were selected for this experiment.The albumin(ALB),total cholesterol(T-CHO),glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT),urea nitrogen(BUN),blood glucose(GLU),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),total protein(T-PRO),glutamic pyruvate transaminase(GPT),creatinine(CRE),creatine phosphokinase(CPK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)content of 11 blood biochemical indicators were measured.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the contents of ALP and CPK among male goats at different months of age(P>0.05),while there were significant differences in the contents of the other 9 indicators(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the content of CPK among female goats at different months of age(P>0.05),while the contents of the other 10 indicators showed significant differences(P<0.05).There were no significant gender differences in all biochemical indicators at the same age(P>0.05).ALB showed extremely significant positive correlation with month age(P<0.01).T-CHO showed extremely significant negative correlation with age and ALB(P<0.01).GOT showed extremely significant negative correlation with T-CHO(P<0.01).BUN showed extremely significant positive correlation with month age and ALB(P<0.01),and it showed extremely significant negative correlation with T-CHO(P<0.01).GLU showed extremely significant positive correlation with T-CHO(P<0.01),and it showed significant negative correlation with BUN(P<0.05),and it showed extremely significant negative correlation with GOT(P<0.01).ALP showed significant positive correlation with T-CHO(P<0.05),and it showed extremely significant negative correlation with month age(P<0.01).T-PRO showed extremely significant positive correlation with age and ALB(P<0.01),and it showed significant negative correlation with GLU(P<0.05),and it showed extremely significant negative correlati
