摘  要:为解决空气源热泵热水器蚁巢腐蚀问题,设计空气源热泵热水器出厂检测的运转试验方案,采用压缩空气取代水,并进行对比测试。结果表明:不通水检测最佳的制冷剂充注量为机组额定充注量的30%,吸气压力应高于0.4 MPa;相对于通水检测技术,检测效率提升79.0%,运行功率下降28.7%。In order to solve the problem of ant-nest corrosion of air source heat pump water heater,the operation test scheme of air source heat pump water heater during factory inspection is designed,which uses compressed air replacing water,and the contrast tests are done.The results show that the optimal refrigerant charge amount in the detection without water is 30%of the rated charge amount,and the suction pressure should be higher than 0.4 MPa;compared with the detection technology with water,the detection efficiency is improved by 79.0%,and the operation power is decreased by 28.7%.
