血清IGF-1、IGF-2水平与非酒精性脂肪肝合并2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的相关性

摘　　要：目的:分析血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、胰岛素样生长因子-2(IGF-2)]水平与非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年1月该院收治的80例NAFLD合并T2DM患者作为观察组,根据不同胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)将其分为轻度组(HOMA-IR<3.0)30例、中度组(HOMA-IR 3.0~5.0)27例、重度组(HOMA-IR>5.0)23例,另选取同期该院80名健康体检者作为对照组。比较观察组与对照组及不同HOMA-IR患者IGF-1、IGF-2水平,采用Pearson相关性分析血清IGF-1、IGF-2水平与HOMA-IR的相关性。结果:观察组IGF-1、IGF-2水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同HOMA-IR NAFLD合并T2DM患者IGF-1、IGF-2水平比较,重度组>中度组>轻度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,血清IGF-1、IGF-2水平与HOMA-IR均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:血清IGF-1、IGF-2水平与NAFLD合并T2DM患者HOMA-IR均呈正相关。Objective:To analyze correlations among insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),insulin-like growth factor-2(IGF-2)levels and insulin resistance in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:80 patients with NAFLD and T2DM admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the observation group.According to different insulin resistance indices(HOMA-IR),they were divided into mild group(HOMA-IR<3.0)30 patients,moderate group(HOMA-IR 3.0-5.0)27 patients,and severe group(HOMA-IR>5.0)23 patients.In addition,80 healthy subjects in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of IGF-1 and IGF-2 in the two groups and the patients with different HOMA-IR were compared.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlations among the serum IGF-1,IGF-2 levels and HOMA-IR.Results:The levels of IGF-1 and IGF-2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of IGF-1 and IGF-2 levels among the patients with different HOMA-IR showed there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05):severe group>moderate group>mild group.Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum IGF-1 and IGF-2 levels were positively correlated with HOMA-IR(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The serum IGF-1 and IGF-2 levels are positively correlated with HOMA-IR in the patients with NAFLD and T2DM.
