血清卵泡抑素样蛋白1、信号蛋白7A与肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿心功能分级的相关性

摘　　要：目的:分析血清卵泡抑素样蛋白1(FSTL1)、信号蛋白7A(Sema7A)与肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿心功能分级的相关性。方法:选取2020年3月至2023年3月该院收治的103例肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿为观察组,另选取同期该院103名健康体检儿童为对照组。两组均检测血清FSTL1、Sema7A水平,采用美国纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级评估,比较两组及不同NYHA心功能分级患儿血清FSTL1、Sema7A水平,采用Pearson相关性分析血清FSTL1、Sema7A水平与肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿心功能分级的相关性。结果:观察组血清FSTL1、Sema7A水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NYHA心功能分级Ⅳ级患儿血清FSTL1、Sema7A水平均高于Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级患儿,且Ⅲ级患儿高于Ⅱ级患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,血清FSTL1、Sema7A水平与肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿心功能分级均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:血清FSTL1、Sema7A水平与肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿心功能分级均呈正相关。Objective:To analyze correlations among serum follistatin-like protein 1(FSTL1)and signal protein 7A(Sema7A)levels and cardiac function classification in children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure.Methods:103 children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 103 healthy children in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum FSTL1 and Sema7A levels were detected in both groups.The New York Heart Association(NYHA)cardiac function classification was used for evaluation.The levels of serum FSTL1 and Sema7 A in the two groups and the children with different NYHA cardiac function classifications were compared.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlations among the serum FSTL1 and Sema7A levels and cardiac function classification in the children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure.Results:The levels of serum FSTL1 and Sema7A in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum FSTL1 and Sema7A in the children with NYHA cardiac function grade IV were higher than those in the children with gradeⅡand gradeⅢ,those in the children with classification III were higher than those in the children with classification II,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum FSTL1 and Sema7A levels were positively correlated with the cardiac function classification in the children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure,and the difference was statistically significant(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The serum FSTL1 and Sema7 A levels are positively correlated with the cardiac function classification in the children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure.
