坤灵丸配合宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗输卵管阻塞不孕症的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨坤灵丸配合宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗输卵管阻塞不孕症的效果。方法选取2020年3月至2021年1月本院收治的58例输卵管阻塞不孕症患者作为研究对象,按照掷硬币法分为对照组与观察组,各29例。对照组采用宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合坤灵丸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、全血高切黏度、纤维蛋白原水平、卵巢动脉搏动指数(PI)和阻力指数(RI)、血清炎症因子水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组的72.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组全血高切黏度低于对照组,纤维蛋白原水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组卵巢动脉PI、RI均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论坤灵丸配合宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗输卵管阻塞不孕症效果显著,可有效改善血清炎症因子水平、卵巢血液流速。Objective To explore the effect of Kunling pill combined with hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined surgery in the treatment of infertility caused by tube obstruction.Methods 58 patients with infertility caused by tubal obstruction admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the coin flipping toss method,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined with surgery,while the observation group was treated with Kunling pill on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,whole blood high shear viscosity,fibrinogen levels,ovarian artery pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI),and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.55%,which was higher than 72.41%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the fibrinogen level was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ovarian artery PI and RI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kunling pill combined with hysteroscopy and laparoscopic combined surgery has significant efficacy in the treatment of infertility caused by tubal obstruction,which can effectively improve serum inflammatory factor levels and ovarian blood flow rate.
