摘　　要：陆师临证重视整体治疗和全面切诊,注重固护胃、肾二气,强调针刺补泻手法和针感,重用温针、善用水针。陆师在传承和发展“陆氏针灸”之精髓的基础上运用“俞募配穴”为主治疗Oddi括约肌功能障碍,以疏肝健脾、理气止痛为治疗原则,辨证取穴,疗效显著。Dr.Lu attaches great importance to holistic treatment and comprehensive diagnosis,emphasizes the strengthening and protecting stomach and kidney Qi,emphasizes acupuncture reinforcing and reducing manipulation and needling sensation,and mainly uses warm needling and good use of water acupuncture.On the basis of inheriting and developing the essence of"Lu's Acupuncture and moxibustion",Dr.Lu mainly used back-shu points and front-mu points to treat Oddi sphincter dysfunction,the treatment principle was soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen,regulating Qi and relieving pain,and selecting points according to syndrome differentiation,have remarkable effect.
