摘  要:排盐苛化是拜耳法生产氧化铝过程中处理碳酸钠的一个重要工序,通过石灰苛化实现将碳酸钠转化为苛性碱加以回收利用,苛化率高低在此过程中是至关重要的。本文对排盐苛化原理进行了研究分析,探究苛化原液Na 2CO 3浓度、石灰过量系数、苛化温度、苛化时间和排盐滤饼附液率等主要因素对苛化率的影响,提出了优化苛化工艺的控制参数,并应用于某氧化铝企业,具有石灰用量少、蒸汽消耗少、苛化率高、氧化铝损失低等优势,取得了显著的经济效益。Salt removal causticization is a process of treating sodium carbonate in alumina production by Bayer process.Sodium carbonate is converted to caustic soda for recovery and utilization through lime causticization,and the causticization rate(either high or low)is very important.In this paper,the principle for salt removal causticization was analyzed,and the influence of main factors on causticization rate was investigated,such as the concentration of causticization solution Na 2CO 3,excess coefficient of lime milk,causticization temperature,causticization time,and the adherent liquid rate of salt removal filter cake.The control parameters of optimizing the causticization process conditions were put forward and applied to one alumina enterprise,which has advantages of less lime consumption,less steam consumption,high causticization rate,low alumina loss rate and remarkable economic benefits.
