摘 要:本文主要阐述了氧化铝生产中大型沉降设备(高效沉降槽)支腿结构有限元分析计算及其优化方案。高效沉降槽是氧化铝生产过程中结构比较复杂的核心设备,设备整体重量约几百吨左右,在保证设备制造经济性的前提下确保其安全性至关重要。本文以某氧化铝厂Φ20 m高效沉降槽为例,应用有限元分析对该设备支腿进行有限元分析,优化支撑结构形式,重点对支腿强度、稳定性进行了分析计算,并提出了一套新的支腿布局方案,减少支腿部件整体重量,降低设备投资。与现有结构形式相比,将排料筒悬空,可有效解决排料不畅,大大降低积料及结疤的产生,降低维修成本。This paper mainly elaborates on the finite element analysis,calculation and optimization plan of the support leg structure for large-sized settlement equipment(highly-efficient settler)in alumina production.The highly-efficient settler is a complex core equipment in the production process of alumina,with an overall weight of about several hundred tons.It is critically important to ensure its safety while guaranteeing the economic efficiency of equipment manufacturing.This paper takes aΦ20 m highly-efficient settler of one alumina plant as an example,the finite element analysis was conducted on the support legs of the equipment to optimize the form of the support structure,with focus placed on the analysis and calculation of the strength and stability for the support legs.A new layout plan for the support legs was proposed to reduce the overall weight of the support leg components and the equipment investment.Compared with existing structural forms,suspending the discharge tube can effectively solve the problem of poor discharge,greatly reduce the generation of accumulated materials and scars,as well as reduce maintenance costs.
