摘 要:氧化铝生产为典型的高能耗、高碳排放行业。在双碳目标下,为了实现行业可持续低碳发展,选用低碳焙烧燃料、提升综合效率成为了行业发展的迫切需求。本文在氧化铝行业提到采用低压气流床技术以清洁原料兰炭制气为主的创新思路,将可实现节能减排的目标。该技术的特点有碳转化率高(可达98%以上),燃气热值可达2600 kcal/Nm^(3),无三废环保问题以及副产高品质蒸汽。该技术在氧化铝行业应用是一种低能耗,环境友好的工业燃气技术。The alumina industry is a typical industry with high energy consumption and high carbon emissions.Under the dual carbon target,it should become an urgent need to select low-carbon baking fuel and improve the comprehensive efficiency of the industry in order to achieve sustainable low-carbon development of the industry.The innovative idea of using low-pressure entrained-flow bed technology with semi-coke to gases in the alumina industry will achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.The characteristics of this technology include high carbon conversion rate(up to 98%),calorific value up to 2600 kcal/Nm^(3),no three waste environmental protection problems and by-product high-quality steam.The application of this technology in alumina industry is a low energy consumption and environmental-friendly industrial gas technology.
