党建引领医院中药鉴定人才队伍建设实践

摘　　要：为深入贯彻落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和党的二十大精神,深入推进实施人才强国战略,进一步提高医院药学人员的中药鉴定能力,提高中药饮片的质量和疗效,以满足人民群众日益增长的医疗卫生健康需要。某医院药学部在中药鉴定人才队伍建设中,将党建工作和业务工作紧密结合,构建“六步走”中药鉴定人才建设方案。该建设方案由课程思政理论学习、鉴定仪器操作培训、中药饮片验收培训、药材市场辩药调研、野外采药认药实践、中药鉴定研修班培训考核六部分构成。药学部通过充分发挥党建引领的保障作用,助推中药鉴定人才队伍建设,为加强党建引领人才培养和促进业务发展提供新的思路。To thoroughly implement Xi Jinping’s theory on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and promote the Strategy of Training a Quality Workforce,it is necessary to enhance the capability of hospital pharmaceutical personnel in Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment.This enhancement will improve the quality and efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction pieces to meet the growing medical and health needs of the people.The Pharmacy Department in this paper has explored the integration of Party building with business operations,developing a“six-step”training plan for Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment professionals.This training plan consists of theoretical study of ideological and political courses,operational training of identification instruments,acceptance training of Traditional Chinese Medicine,research and investigation of markets of medicinal herbs,field collections and identification ofherbs,and training and assessment of Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment training courses.By leveraging the leading and ensuring role of party building,the Pharmacy Department has promoted the development of a talent team for Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment,providing new insights for strengthening Party-led training of professionals and promoting business development.
