摘　　要：以中山市中医医保支付方式改革为例,通过对中山市各级各类医院中医临床专家、医保部门和病案管理部门负责人进行现场访谈和结合文献研究,探讨医保支付改革与推动中医药服务发展逻辑关系及成效,以及该改革对各级医院特别是以西医为主的综合医院病案管理面对的新课题,为西医综合医院病案管理部门转变管理思维、加强能力储备提供参考。This paper,taking the reform of medicare payment methods in Zhongshan City's Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,exploresthe logical relationship and effectiveness between medicare payment reform and the promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine services.Moreover,it focuses on the new challenges faced by medical record management departments,especially in comprehensive hospitals that primarily offer Western medicine services.The study further delves into the preparation and establishment of necessary management mindsets and skillsets,aiming to provide insights into the innovative development of Traditional Chinese Medicine services in comprehensive hospitals.
