摘　　要：国际疾病分类(ICD)编码是DRG、DIP支付分组的基础数据,ICD数据质量改进是医保支付管理的重点治理措施。本研究对基于映射的ICD质量改进方法进行研究,深入分析SNOMED CT至ICD-10的映射机制、规则、建议等,以推动DRG和DIP医保支付改革、诊疗质量评估、智能化ICD编码等相关研究。The International Classification of Diseases(ICD)coding is the fundamental data for DRG and DIP payment grouping.Improving the quality of ICD data is a key governance measure for the medical insurance payment management.This study focuses on the quality improvement methods for ICD based on mapping,delving into the mapping mechanisms,rules,and recommendations from SNOMED CT to ICD-10,aiming to propel reforms in DRG and DIP medical insurance payments,evaluation of diagnosis and treatment quality,and research related to intelligent ICD coding.
