摘  要:文章依据2018年8月、10月及2019年4月、6月庙岛群岛海域4个航次的调查资料,分析该海域不同月份DIN、PO_(4)^(-)P、SiO_(3)-Si的平面分布及限制特征。结果表明:庙岛群岛海域DIN浓度范围为0.82~95.14μmol/L,平均值为5.27μmol/L,在2018年8月最高;PO_(4)^(-)P浓度范围为未检出至2.12μmol/L,平均值为0.19μmol/L,在2018年10月最高;SiO_(3)-Si浓度范围为0.25~48.93μmol/L,平均值为5.38μmol/L,在2018年8月最高;总体而言,庙岛群岛海域夏季营养盐浓度较高,春季营养盐相对匮乏。庙岛群岛海域2018年8月、10月和2019年6月为PO_(4)^(-)P限制,2019年4月为SiO_(3)-Si和PO_(4)^(-)P限制;PO_(4)^(-)P限制使海域初级生产力受到一定限制,对海水养殖业造成一定影响;SiO_(3)-Si浓度低不利于硅藻生长,从而间接助长甲藻繁殖,因而庙岛群岛海域春季易引发赤潮。This paper analyzed the horizontal distribution and limitation of DIN,PO_(4)^(-)P and SiO_(3)-Si based on the four surveys of Miaodao Archipelago sea area in August and October of 2018,April and June of 2019.The results showed that the concentration of DIN ranged from 0.82μmol/L to 95.14μmol/L with an average value of 5.27μmol/L and the maximum was in August of 2018.The concentration of PO_(4)^(-)P ranged from“not detected”to 2.12μmol/L with an average value of 0.19μmol/L and the maximum was in October of 2018.The concentration of SiO_(3)-Si ranged from 0.25μmol/L to 48.93μmol/L with an average value of 5.38μmol/L and the maximum was in August of 2018.In general,the concentration of nutrients was higher in summer and was relatively scarce in spring.PO_(4)^(-)P was the limiting factor in August and October of 2018,June of 2019,while SiO_(3)-Si and PO_(4)^(-)P were the limiting factors in April of 2019.The PO_(4)^(-)P limitation would limit the primary productivity of sea area and the aquaculture could be influenced.The low content of SiO_(3)-Si was not conducive to the growth of diatoms,which indirectly promoted the reproduction of dinoflagellates,so that this area was easy to cause red tide in spring.
