摘　　要：中国共产党在百年奋斗征程中,找到了跳出历史周期率的“两个答案”,以人民监督政府进行他律和以自我革命进行自律,从内外两个维度约束党,以实现国家长治久安。人民监督和自我革命既辩证统一于马克思主义建党理论、人民民主和党的领导,又有着各自的历史定位、理论逻辑和实践要求,为坚守党的性质、宗旨和初心使命提供保障,对发展全过程人民民主,确保党永不变色、永不变质和永不变味具有现实意义。在实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标和中国式现代化的进程中,需要充分借助“两个答案”的优势,促进二者向良性互动方向发展,以保证社会主义现代化事业的顺利实现。In its century long struggle,the Communist Party of China has found“two answers”that jump out of the historical cycle rate.It uses the people’s supervision of the government to exercise heterono-my and self discipline through self revolution,and constrains the Party from both internal and external di-mensions to achieve long-term stability and stability of the country.People’s supervision and self revolu-tion are dialectically unified in the Marxist theory of party building,people’s democracy,and party leader-ship,and have their own historical positioning,theoretical logic,and practical requirements.They provide guarantees for adhering to the nature,purpose,and original mission of the party,and have practical signifi-cance for developing the entire process of people’s democracy,ensuring that the party never changes color,never deteriorates,and never fades.In the process of achieving the“two centenary goals”and Chinese path to modernization,we need to make full use of the advantages of the two answers to promote the development of the two in the direction of positive interaction,so as to ensure the smooth realization of the socialist modernization cause.
