清代锦州副都统建置沿革考

摘　　要：锦州位于辽西走廊东部,历来是连接中原与关外地区的战略要冲。清雍正五年(1727),清廷在锦州设副都统衙门,光绪三十四年(1908)裁撤。锦州副都统受盛京将军辖制,主管本地旗务,兼理山海关外庄粮、捕牲、驿站、大凌河牧场等诸多事务,职能广泛。文章重点考察锦州副都统的设置、职能、选任与裁撤,进而阐述锦州副都统衙门在维护地区稳定、强化清王朝在东北地区统治所起的重要作用。Jinzhou is located in the eastern part of the Liaoxi Corridor and has always been a strategic hub connecting the Central Plains and the areas outside the Shanhaiguan Pass.In the fifth year of the Yong-zheng reign of the Qing Dynasty(1727),the Qing court established the Vice Governor’s Office in Jinzhou,which was abolished in the 34th year of the Guangxu reign(1908).The Deputy Commander of Jinzhou is un-der the jurisdiction of General Shengjing,responsible for local affairs,as well as managing various affairs such as grain production,animal hunting,post stations,and Dalinghe pasture outside Shanhaiguan.His functions are extensive.The article focuses on examining the establishment,functions,election,and aboli-tion of the deputy governor of Jinzhou,and further elaborates on the important role played by the deputy gov-ernor of Jinzhou in maintaining regional stability and strengthening the Qing Dynasty’s rule in the North east region.
