基于护士医疗质量责任模型的呼吸治疗师岗位职责方案的构建

摘　　要：目的:构建呼吸治疗师岗位职责方案。方法:以护士医疗质量责任模型为理论框架,通过文献检索、小组讨论以及Delphi专家函询等方法,构建呼吸治疗师岗位职责方案。结果:构建的呼吸治疗师岗位职责方案包括7项一级指标、18项二级指标、78项三级指标。2轮专家函询问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数均值分别为0.82和0.90,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.275和0.259,变异系数均≤0.25。结论:构建的呼吸治疗师岗位职责方案具有可靠性、科学性。Objective:To construct position responsibilities plan of respiratory therapist.Methods:Based on framework of nurses′responsibilities for quality healthcare,position responsibilities plan of respiratory therapist was constructed by document retrieval,group discussion and Delphi expert inquiry.Results:The position responsibilities plan of respiratory therapist was constructed,which included 7 first-level indicators,18 second⁃level indicators and 78 third-level indicators.The effective recovery rate of the 2 rounds of expert inquiry questionnaire was both 100%,the mean value of expert authority coefficient was 0.82 and 0.90,respectively.The Kendal harmony coefficient was 0.275 and 0.259,respectively.And the coefficient of variation was all≤0.25.Conclusions:The position responsibilities plan of respiratory therapist constructed in this study is reliable and scientific.
