摘  要:为了更好地探究酸性水稻土中有效态砷和糙米砷含量的相关性,通过比较4种浸提剂CaCl_(2)-DTPA (0.01 mol/L)、NaHCO_(3)(0.5 mol/L)、NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4)(0.05 mol/L)和HNO_(3)(0.43 mol/L)提取酸性水稻土中有效砷的提取效果。结果表明,4种浸提剂提取的土壤有效态砷与其糙米砷含量之间均存在显著相关,HNO_(3)(0.43 mol/L)提取的土壤有效态砷与糙米砷含量的相关性最高为0.828,土壤有效态砷平均提取率最高为8.63。选择HNO_(3)(0.43 mol/L)为提取酸性水稻土有效态砷的最优浸提剂,进一步优化浸提剂的提取条件,确定土液比1∶10、振荡时间120 min和振荡速度200 r/min为酸性水稻土有效态砷最佳提取条件,土壤有效态砷与糙米砷含量的相关性最高为0.831。HNO_(3)(0.43 mol/L)提取酸性水稻土中有效砷的方法操作简便、试剂用量少,提取的土壤有效砷和糙米砷的相关性好,确定为酸性水稻土有效态砷的提取方法,为科学评价酸性水稻土壤有效态砷与糙米砷的生物有效性以及酸性水稻土壤砷环境风险评价提供参考依据。The aim of this study was to better explore the correlation between available arsenic in acid paddy soil and arsenic content in brown rice by comparing the four extraction methods using the agents CaCl_(2)-DTPA(0.01 mol/L),NaHCO_(3)(0.5 mol/L),NH_(4) H_(2) PO_(4)(0.05 mol/L)and HNO_(3)(0.43 mol/L).The results showed that there was a significant correlation between the soil available arsenic extracted by the four extractants and the arsenic content of brown rice.The highest correlation between the soil available arsenic extracted by HNO_(3)(0.43 mol/L)and the arsenic content of brown rice was 0.828.The highest average extraction rate of available arsenic in soil was 8.63.HNO_(3)(0.43 mol/L),which was selected as the optimal leaching agent for extracting available arsenic from acid paddy soil.The extraction conditions of the leaching agent were further optimized,and the soil-to-liquid ratio was determined as 1∶10,the oscillation time was 120 min,and the oscillation speed was_(2)00 r/min for available arsenic in acid paddy soil.The highest correlation between soil available arsenic and brown rice arsenic content was 0.831.The method of extracting available arsenic from acid paddy soil using HNO_(3)(0.43 mol/L)was simple to operate and requires less reagents,and the correlation between the extracted soil available arsenic and brown rice arsenic was good.It was determined as the extraction method of available arsenic in acid rice soil.As a result,it is a scientific evaluation method for the bioavailability of available arsenic in acid rice soil and brown rice arsenic content,and provide reference basis for environmental risk assessment of the arsenic in acid rice soil.
