摘　　要：近年来,污染源在线监测系统作为污染物防治和环境保护的重要手段得到了相关人员的广泛应用。污染源在线监测运维服务可减少排污企业在线监测系统的安装和运维成本,还可以提高监测数据的准确性。因此,运维服务在污染源在线监测中起到了重要作用,市场规模也不断扩大。然而,运维人员不足、运维管理体系不健全、设备老化和维护不及时以及数据存储和处理不规范等问题使得污染源在线监测运维体系仍需进一步完善。基于此,对污染源在线监测的发展、相关政策与规范、运维现状和存在的问题进行了综述,对污染源在线监测运维技术未来的发展方向进行了展望,并提出了一种融合非现场运维思路的污染源在线监测运维体系。In recent years,being essential method for pollution control and environmental protection,the pollution source online monitoring system has been widely applied by relevant personnel.The operation and maintenance(O&M)services of this system not only reduce the installation and O&M costs for pollutant-discharging enterprises but also enhance the accuracy of the monitor data.Hence,O&M services play a pivotal role in pollution source online monitoring and have seen continuous growing market.However,the O&M system still need further improvement due to problems of lacking of maintenance personnel,incomplete management system,ageing equipment,untimely maintenance,and non-standard data storage and processing.Therefore,a comprehensive overview of its develop-ment,related policies and norms,current O&M status and existing issues is provided in this article.Additionally,the development direction of O&M technology is looked forward to the future.A new O&M system for pollution source online monitoring,which integrates the concept of off-site maintenance is also proposed.
