摘　　要：通过对某城市生活污水厂曝气风机改造前后的对比分析,罗茨风机技改为磁悬浮风机,曝气系统能耗从0.243 kW·h/m3降低至0.174 kW·h/m3。改造后能满足工艺的调控需求,对整体环境带来较大改善,降低了维护保养频次,提高了工艺的稳定性。从投资回报周期来看,本曝气系统改造工程投资回报周期不到2年,具有较好的可实施性。Through the comparative analysis before and after the transformation of aeration fan in a municipal sewage plant,the Roots blowers were replaced by maglev blowers,and the energy consumption of aeration system was reduced from 0.243 kWh/m3 to 0.174 kWh/m3.After modification,it can meet the regulation requirements of the craft,bring great improvement to the overall environment,reduce the maintenance frequency,and improve the stability of the craft.From the perspective of investment return cycle,the investment return cycle of this aeration system renovation project is less than 2 years,which has good implementation.
