摘  要:农村地表水发生黑臭常常是多种因素相互作用的结果,如外源和内源污染、水动力不足以及水温升高等。针对这种黑臭水体的治理,常用技术主要为物理、化学、生物技术。针对在实际应用中单一治理技术往往效果不理想,如监测手段落后导致水质数据不准确、不及时,延误最佳治理时间,水体水质依赖于长效维护,一旦人工干预手段撤销,水体又会返黑返臭等问题,提出未来黑臭水体治理技术的发展趋势将是智慧平台和化感效应的引入,将智慧平台与常规技术相结合,提高精准性,降低人力物力消耗,将化感物质与生态浮岛相结合,调节藻类生长节奏,强化水体生态自修复能力。The reasons for the occurrence of black and odour of rural surface water are often the interaction of multiple factors,such as exogenous and endogenous pollution,insufficient hydrodynamic power,and high water temperature rise.The commonly used technologies for the treatment of black and odorous water are mainly physical,chemical,and biological technologies.However,in practical applications,a single treatment technology often has unsatisfactory results,and there are many drawbacks,such as outdated monitoring methods leading to inaccurate and untimely water quality data,delaying the optimal treatment time;the quality of black and odorous water body depends on long-term maintenance.Once the manual intervention measures are withdrawn,the black and odorous river will return to black and odor.The development trend of black and odorous water treatment technology in the future will be the introduction of intelligent platforms and allelopathic effects,combining intelligent platforms with conventional technologies to improve accuracy and reduce labor and material consumption;combining allelochemicals with ecological floating islands,regulate the growth rhythm of algae,and strengthen the ecological self-repairing ability of water bodies.
