摘　　要：温室气体清单是摸清温室气体排放现状、识别温室气体主要排放源的重要依据。梳理了目前温室气体清单编制的主要方法及编制情况,分析了市级温室气体清单编制存在的问题,提出了对策建议。Greenhouse gas inventory is an important basis for understanding the current status of greenhouse gas emissions and identifying the main sources of greenhouse gas emissions.The paper summarizes the main methods and status of greenhouse gas inventory at present,analyzes the problems in the compilation of municipal greenhouse gas inventory and proposes countermeasures and suggestions.
