用环境影响后评价有效解决企业运行后产生的环境问题

摘　　要：分析了某化工企业开展环境影响后评价工作背景及必要性,剖析了该企业现存的危险废物暂存间设置不规范、生产废气无组织排放、厂界噪声超标排放、雨污混流、无初期雨水收集池等环境问题,介绍了该企业邀请生态环境专家进行技术咨询,对现存生态环境问题进行整改,对企业开展废水、废气、噪声污染源监测的环境影响后评价全过程,以期为其他化工企业的环境影响后评价工作提供参考。The paper gives the background and necessity of environmental impact post-assessment in a chemical enterprise,analyzes a series of environmental problems,such as non-standard temporary storage room of hazardous waste,unorganized discharge of waste gas,excessive discharge of noise in factory boundary,mixed flow of rain and sewage,and lack of initial rainwater collection tank,etc.At the same time,this paper introduces the whole process of the environmental impact post-assessment of inviting the eco-environmental experts for technical consultation,rectifying the existing eco-environmental problems,and carrying out the monitoring of waste water,waste gas and noise pollution sources,it is expected to provides reference for post-environmental impact assessment of other chemical enterprises.
