浅谈生活垃圾填埋场封场后的填埋气体安全管理问题

摘　　要：随着生活垃圾焚烧处理能力不断提升,生活垃圾的填埋量逐步减少。近年来,较多早期投入使用的垃圾填埋场达到使用年限后即逐步实施封场管理,部分垃圾填埋场不再受纳生活垃圾后即停止使用。封场或停止使用后,填埋场的渗滤液、填埋气体仍有产生,安全管理问题仍需重视。通过对填埋场封场后的填埋气体安全管理问题进行分析,提出相应的对策,以减少或避免安全事故发生,提高封场后场区管理水平,确保管理到位,保障填埋场及场区周边人员人身及财产安全。With the continuous improvement of domestic waste incineration processing capacity,the amount of domestic waste landfill is gradually reduced.In recent years,many landfills put into use in the early stage will gradually implement the closure management after reaching the service life;some landfills cease to be used after they no longer accept domestic waste.Landfill leachate and landfill gas is still produced after the site is closed or stopped,and safety management still needs to be paid attention to.By analyzing the problems of landfill gas safety management after the landfill is closed,and researching countermeasures,it can reduce or avoid safety accidents,improve the management level of the field area after the closure,ensure that the management is in place,and ensure the safety of people and property around the landfill and the field.
