摘 要:为研究醇类燃料对汽油直喷(GDI)发动机缸内燃烧过程中碳烟生成的影响,应用双色激光诱导炽光(TCLII)法,通过一台单缸GDI光学发动机,对燃用甲醇混合燃料(M20)和乙醇混合燃料(E20)的缸内碳烟分布进行了二维定量测量.结果表明:与燃用纯异辛烷(I100)相比,M20和E20的缸内压力峰值和放热率峰值均有所增加,对应的曲轴转角提前.对于LII测量,M20与E20对缸内碳烟生成的影响呈相反的趋势;E20的最高碳烟体积分数略高于I100,M20的碳烟体积分数是3种测试燃料中最低的,显著低于E20和I100;在测量平面上,I100的碳烟分布不均匀,在靠近进气门的一侧碳烟较多,M20和E20的碳烟分布相对比较均匀.根据排气微粒测量结果,M20和E20的微粒总数量浓度均显著减少.In order to investigate the effect of alcohol fuels on soot formation during in-cylinder combustion in gasoline direct injection(GDI)engines,two-dimensional quantitative measurements of in-cylinder soot distribution were performed by applying the two-color laser induced incandescence(TC-LII)method on a single-cylinder GDI optical engine burning methanol-blended fuel(M20)and ethanol-blended fuel(E20)respectively.The results show that,the peak of in-cylinder pressure and the heat release rate increase for both M20 and E20 and the phase of them advances compared to pure isooctane(I100).From LII measurements,different inclinations for soot forma-tion were observed with the two alcohol blends.E20 shows a slightly higher maximum soot volume fraction than I100,and M20 has the lowest soot volume fraction of the three tested fuels,significantly less than E20 and I100.The soot distribution of I100 is uneven on the measurement plane,and there is more soot on the top side close to the intake valves,while the soot distribution of M20 and E20 is relatively uniform.From the exhaust particle measurements,significant reductions were found in total particle number and accumulation mode particle number for both M20 and E20.
