摘  要:为研究不同喷油时刻下烟炱对磨损的影响,选定发动机在两种不同喷油时刻分别运行100 h,并对不同运行时间下发动机润滑油中的烟炱进行分离提取.采用四球机研究了发动机在不同喷油时刻、运行相同时间内产生的烟炱对宏观磨损的影响,并采用扫描电子显微镜等多种分析技术对磨损钢球形貌以及烟炱颗粒的微观结构、石墨层信息、官能团结构及元素等变化规律进行研究,得出烟炱宏观磨损特性与微观特性的内在关联性.In order to study the influence of soot on wear at different injection times,the testing engine was run 100 hours at two different kinds of injection timing,and the soot in engine oil was separated and extracted at dif-ferent operation times.A four ball machine was used to study the influence of soot generated during the same operation time of the engine at different injection times on macroscopic wear.The scanning electron microscope and other analytical techniques were used to study the morphology of worn steel balls and the changing rules of the microstructure,graphite layer information,functional group structure and elements of soot particles.As a result,the internal correlation between the macro wear characteristics and the micro characteristics of soot is found.
