非布司他联合苯溴马隆治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析痛风伴高尿酸血症患者应用非布司他和苯溴马隆联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取厦门市思明区嘉莲街道社区卫生服务中心在2022年1~12月收治的378例痛风伴高尿酸血症患者,随机分为两组,对照组用非布司他治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用苯溴马隆治疗,分析两组患者临床相关数据。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血液相关指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后痛风石数量低于对照组,且痛风石体积小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后与对照组比较发病关节数量更少,关节疼痛及肿胀评分更低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生活质量评分(Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30,QLQ-C30)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用非布司他和苯溴马隆可以有效治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症患者,且治疗效果优于单纯非布司他治疗。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of febuxoat combined with benbromarone in the treatment of gout with hyperuricemia.Methods A total of 378 patients with gout and hyperuricemia admitted to Jialiang Street Community Health Service Center,Siming District,Xiamen City from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with febuxostatin,and the observation group was treated with benzbromarone on the basis of the control group.The clinical data of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood related indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quantity and volume of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of joints was less in the observation group,and the scores of joint pain and swelling were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The QLQ-C30 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions Febuxoat and benbromarone can effectively treat gout patients with hyperuricemia,and the therapeutic effect is better than that of the control group.
