氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀用于社区老年人高血压合并高脂血症的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀在社区高血压合并高脂血症老年患者中的治疗效果。方法将我院2022年1月~12月收治的高血压合并高脂血症老年患者120例作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组(氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀,60例)与对照组(氨氯地平联合辛伐他汀片,60例),比较两组治疗半年后血压、血脂水平、药物不良反应及心脑血管事件发生率。结果治疗后两组血压、血脂均明显降低,观察组相比对照组降低更为显著(均P<0.05);观察组治疗后药物不良反应率(1.7%vs.5.0%,P<0.05)、心脑血管事件率(3.3%vs.8.3%,P<0.05)均低于对照组。结论治疗社区高血压合并高血脂老年患者,相比氨氯地平联合辛伐他汀,氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗降低血压、血脂水平效果更佳,且药物不良反应率低,能更有效地预防心脑血管事件。Objective To analyze the effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of with hypertension and hyperlipidemia in elderly patients in community.Methods A total of cases of elderly patients with hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were taken as subjects,and were divided into observation group(amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets,60 cases)and control group(amlodipine combined with simvastatin tablets,60 cases)by random number table method.After six months of treatment,the efficacy of blood pressure and blood lipid lowering,adverse reactions and the incidence of cardio-and cerebrovascular events were compared between the two groups.Results Blood pressure and blood lipids were significantly reduced in both groups after treatment,and the reduction was more obvious in the observation group compared with the control group(both P<0.05);the rates of adverse drug reactions(1.7%vs.5.0%,P<0.05)and cardio-and cerebrovascular vascular events(3.3%vs.8.3%,P<0.05)were lower than those in the control group after treatment in the observation group.Conclusions In treating elderly patients with hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia in community,compared with amlodipine combined with simvastatin,amlodipine combined with atorvastatin treatment is more effective in lowering blood pressure and lipid levels,and the rate of adverse reactions is low,which can better prevent cardio-and cerebrovascular events.
