摘 要:目的探讨肋骨骨折患者实施多层螺旋CT三维重建技术的临床诊断价值。方法纳入2021年1月至2022年10月洪泽区人民医院收治的外伤性肋骨骨折患者共计60例,分别实施X线检查、多层螺旋CT三维重建技术检查,在双盲原则下选择2名具备经验丰富的高年资影像科医师分析两种检查方式对肋骨骨折的检出诊断情况。结果多层螺旋CT与三维重建对错位性骨折、凹陷性骨折、线性骨折、粉碎性骨折的诊断准确率均高于X线检查(P<0.05);多层螺旋CT三维重建技术诊断检查用时均低于X线检查(P<0.05)。结论肋骨骨折诊断中应用多层螺旋CT三维重建技术,诊断检出率较高,可得到准确、全面的骨折信息,为临床制订合理治疗方案提供可靠依据,可作为本病的优选诊断方式。Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in patients with rib fracture.Methods From January 2021 to October 2022,case data were collected and filed.The subjects were 60 patients with traumatic rib fracture admitted to Hongze District People's Hospital.They were examined by DR plain film,multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology respectively.Under the double-blind principle,2 experienced imaging doctors were selected to analyze the detection and diagnosis of rib fracture by the two examination methods.Results The diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT 3D reconstruction for dislocation fracture,concave fracture,linear fracture and comminuted fracture was higher than that of DR plain film(P<0.05);Multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology used significantly less time for diagnosis and examination than DR plain film(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of rib fracture has a high diagnostic detection rate,can obtain accurate and comprehensive fracture information,and provide reliable basis for the clinical formulation of a reasonable treatment plan,so it can be used as the preferred diagnosis method of this disease.
