摘 要:目的探讨多学科短期干预计划对肥胖症儿童胰岛素抵抗、血清VitD水平的影响。方法选取泉州市儿童医院收治的肥胖症患儿74例,收治时间2021年5月至2022年5月,并维持至少6个月的随访。将患者按照肥胖干预计划分成观察组和对照组两组,各37例。其中对照组予饮食结合运动训练干预,观察组予多学科短期干预计划干预。比较两组患儿身高、体重、体脂率、腰围身高比,胰岛素抵抗,血清VitD水平的变化,评估干预效果。结果干预后观察组患儿身高高于对照组,体重、体脂率、腰围身高比低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组患儿血清VitD缺乏情况少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科短期干预计划在肥胖症患儿的干预中取得理想的效果,可有效控制患儿的体重、体型,同时可改善患儿胰岛素抵抗和25-羟VitD缺乏,使患儿肥胖问题得到改善。Objective To explore the effects of multidisciplinary short-term intervention plans on insulin resistance and serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D levels in obese children.Methods Seventy-four cases of children with obesity admitted to Quanzhou Children's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and maintained for at least 6 months of follow-up.The patients were divided into two groups according to the obesity intervention programme:the observation group and the control group,each with 37 cases.The control group was given diet combined with exercise training intervention,and the observation group was given a multidisciplinary short-term intervention programme.The two groups were compared in terms of height,body mass,body fat percentage,waist-to-height ratio,insulin resistance,serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D level,and the effect of the intervention was evaluated.Results The height of the children in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and their body mass,body fat rate,and waist-to-height ratio were lower than that of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D deficiency of children in the observation group was less than that of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions The multidisciplinary short-term intervention plan has achieved ideal results in the intervention of obese children,which can effectively control their weight and body shape,improve their insulin resistance and 25 hydroxyvitamin D deficiency,and Improve the obesity problem in children.
