腕关节镜结合掌侧锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的分析桡骨远端关节内骨折实施腕关节镜结合掌侧锁定钢板方案治疗。方法选取我院2018年5月至2022年5月期间收治的168例桡骨管段关节内骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组组。对照组行标准切开复位掌侧锁定钢板内固定治疗,观察组予以腕关节镜下掌侧锁定钢板内固定,对照两组患者的手部腕关节功能恢复效果、骨折复位情况、手术并发症。结果在术后6个月,观察组患者的手部腕关节及掌、指关节功能活动、骨折复位效果均优于对照组,(均P<0.05);观察组患者的术后并发症发生率4.76%低于对照组15.48%(P<0.05)。结论桡骨远端关节内骨折予以关节镜结合掌侧锁定钢板治疗方案,可明显提升患者术后手部腕关节功能,骨折复位效果更佳,术后并发症发生率较低。Objective To analyze the efficacy of intra-articular fracture of distal radius treated with wrist arthroscopy combined with volar locking plate.Methods A total of 168 patients with intra-articular fractures of the radius canal admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with standard open reduction palmar locking plate internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with palmar locking plate internal fixation under wrist arthroscopy.The functional recovery effect of wrist joint,fracture reduction and surgical complications of the two groups were compared.Results At 6 months after operation,the functional activity of wrist joint and the reduction effect of fracture in observation group were better than those in control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.76%,which was lower than that in the control group 15.48%(P<0.05).Conclusions Arthroscopy combined with volar locking plate for intra-articular fracture of distal radius can significantly improve the postoperative function of the hand and wrist,better fracture reduction effect,and lower postoperative complications.
