高质量护理在上消化道内镜黏膜下剥离术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察高质量护理在上消化道内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)中的应用效果。方法以2021年1月1日至2023年6月30日在安溪县中医院接受ESD治疗的患者80例为研究对象,以随机数表法均分为两组。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受高质量护理。对比两组患者术后恢复时间、情绪改善情况、生活质量、术后并发症发生率及患者对护理满意度情况。结果护理后,观察组患者手术耗时、术后禁食时间、住院时间较对照组更短(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症总发生率较对照组更短(P<0.05);护理后较护理前比较抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后较护理前比较生活质量各项评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论对接受ESD治疗的患者实施高质量护理可安全、有效地促进患者术后恢复,使患者能够更积极的配合术后护理,生活质量显著提升,该护理方案获得了患者的一致满意。Objective To observe the application efficacy of high quality nursing in endoscopic submucosal dissection.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)treatment in our hospital from January 1,2021 to June 30,2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received high-quality care.Compare the postoperative recovery time,incidence of postoperative complications,and patient satisfaction with nursing between the two groups of patients.Results After care,patients in the observation group had shorter surgery time consumed,postoperative fasting time,and hospital stay than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of postoperative complications in patients in the observation group was shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale were reduced after care compared with before care,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);social function,psychological function,somatic function,and material life were elevated after nursing care compared with before nursing care,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);and the nursing care satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of high-quality care for patients treated with ESD can safely and effectively promote patients'postoperative recovery,enabling patients to more actively cooperate with postoperative care and significantly improving their quality of life,and this care programme has gained patients'unanimous satisfaction.
