摘　　要：目的分析巡回护士眼睛护理干预对患者手术中眼睛的保护效果。方法随机将2023年6月1日至2023年6月30日130例手术患者随机分为对照组、观察组各65例,其中对照组采用常规眼睛护理干预,而观察组则采用巡回护士眼睛护理干预,对比护理后两组患者的眼睛并发症发生率、保护眼睛操作时间及手术护理的满意度。结果相比对照组,观察组眼睛畏光、流泪、异物感、结膜充血、角膜损伤等并发症发生率更低(P<0.05);观察组患者在保护眼睛操作时无需涂抹、擦拭眼膏,贴敷前虽然要耗费一定的折叠时间,但揭除敷料方便,总操作时间更短(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论手术中巡回护士加强患者眼睛护理,可以降低患者眼睛损伤,患者舒适度更高,术中眼部护理满意度高。Objective To analyze the protective effect of eye care interventions by itinerant nurses on patients'eyes during surgery.Methods A total of 130 surgical patients from June 1,2023 to June 30,2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 65 patients in each group.The control group received routine eye care intervention,while the observation group received eye care intervention from itinerant nurses.The complications,eye protection operation time,and emergency nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients after nursing were compared.Results The incidence of complications such as photophobia,tearing,foreign body sensation,conjunctival congestion,and corneal injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);Patients in the observation group do not need to apply or wipe eye ointment during eye protection procedures.Although it may take some folding time before application,removing the dressing is convenient and the total operating time is relatively short(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Strengthening eye care by itinerant nurses during surgery can reduce eye damage and improve patient comfort,thereby improving patient satisfaction with care.It is worth promoting and applying widely in clinical practice.
