急诊护理在急性心肌梗死患者救治中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析急诊护理对急性心肌梗死患者救治效果及预后康复的影响。方法纳入2022年1月至2023年4月收治于厦门大学附属心血管病医院的100例急性心肌梗死患者,随机分为两组,对照组实施常规护理,在对照组基础上观察组增加急诊护理措施,对比两组急救时间、2 h内救治效果、卧床时间、住院时间等指标。结果观察组急救时间和预后康复时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组2 h内救治效果高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组卧床时间、住院时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论急诊护理应用在急性心肌梗死患者救治中,可有效缩短患者急救时间,提高救治效果。Objective To analyze the effect of emergency nursing on the treatment and prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Cardiovascular Diseases of Xiamen University from January 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was supplemented with emergency nursing measures.The indexes of first aid time,treatment effect within 2 hours,bed time and hospital stay of the two groups were compared.Results The first aid time and prognosis time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of observation group was higher than that of control group within 2 hours(P<0.05).The observation group's bedtime,hospital stay were shorter than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of emergency nursing in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction can effectively shorten the first aid time and improve the treatment effect.
