综合护理干预在合并高血压的老年急性心肌梗死患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究对合并高血压的老年急性心肌梗死患者实施综合护理干预的临床效果。方法选取104例江西省抚州市乐安县人民医院接诊的合并高血压的急性心肌梗死老年患者为研究对象,所有患者均于2020年7月至2022年7月入院,经抽签分组法分为两组,试验组患者和对照组分别实施综合护理干预措施和基础护理措施,对比两组护理效果。结果试验组老年患者护理后的收缩压、舒张压水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者并发症总发生率为3.85%,低于对照组的17.31%(P<0.05)。结论合并高血压的老年急性心肌梗死患者急性期救治后应用综合护理干预,能协助患者控制血压、减少并发症,促进患者康复。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in nursing care of elderly acute myocardial infarction patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 104 elderly acute myocardial infarction patients with hypertension admitted to People Hospital of Le'an County from July 2020 to July 2022were selected as the study subjects,all patients were divided into 2 groups by drawing method.The study group and the control group were given comprehensive nursing intervention measures and routine nursing measures,respectively.The nursing clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of study group were lower than those of the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The total rate of complications in the study group was 3.85%,which was lower than that of the control group(17.31%)(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of comprehensive nursing in elderly acute myocardial infarction patients with hypertension can help patients control blood pressure and reduce complications.
