高危HPV感染患者应用重组人干扰素α-2b注射液联合保妇康栓的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨重组人干扰素α-2b注射液联合保妇康栓在门诊就诊高危HPV感染患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2020年6月至2022年6月门诊就诊高危HPV感染患者96例,随机数表法分为A组和B组,每组48例。A组予以保妇康栓阴道给药治疗,B组在A组基础上采用重组人干扰素α-2b注射液肌内注射治疗。观察2组疗效、阴道微生态情况及免疫功能水平。结果 B组治疗总有效率95.84%明显高于A组的79.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后阴道分泌物pH值及Nugent评分均降低,且B组较A组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组阴道微生态恢复率明显高于A组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后血清T淋巴细胞CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均高于治疗前,CD8^(+)水平均低于治疗前,且B组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平高于A组,CD8^(+)水平低于A组(P<0.05);B组不良反应发生率16.67%,稍高于A组的12.50%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 重组人干扰素α-2b注射液联合保妇康栓治疗门诊就诊高危HPV感染患者疗效确切,且能够改善患者阴道微生态状况及免疫功能,且不会增加不良反应。Objective To explore the application effect of Interferonα-2b Injection(Ganleneng)combined with Baofukang Suppository on patients with high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infections admitted in outpatient clinic.Methods From June 2020 to June 2022,96 patients with high-risk HPV infections admitted in outpatient clinic were recruited.They were randomly divided into group A and B,with 48 patients per group.All patients were vaginally administrated with Baofukang Suppository,and those in group B were additionally given muscular administration of Interferonα-2b Injection.The curative effect,vaginal microecology and immune function of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in group B than that of group A(95.84%vs 79.17%,P<0.05).After treatment,the pH value and Nugent score of vaginal secretions in the two groups decreased,which were significantly lower in group B than that of group A(P<0.05).The recovery rate of vaginal microecology in group B was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).After treatment,serum CD3+and CD4+T lymphocytes increased,and CD8+T lymphocytes decreased,which were more significantly pronounced in group B than those of group A(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was slightly higher than that of group A,which was not statistically significant(16.67%vs 12.50%,P>0.05).Conclusion Interferonα-2b Injection combined with Baofukang Suppository is effective in the treatment of patients with high-risk HPV infections in outpatient clinics,which can improve the vaginal microecological status and immune function without increasing the incidence of adverse events.
