摘 要:国外项目的电气化铁路工程设计中,通常需要采用与国内项目有较大区别的设计方法,特别是在典型设备的选型计算上,需要运用IEC、EN、IEEE等国际规范。针对牵引变电所的直流系统,国外项目中通常使用镍镉型蓄电池,而不是国内通用的铅酸型蓄电池。本文以国外项目的典型工程实例为研究对象,根据IEEE-1115规范中对镍镉型蓄电池容量的计算要求,阐述了牵引变电所内直流负荷的统计原则和计算条件,探讨了所内直流电源系统蓄电池容量的计算方法和步骤,并将其与国内规范选型计算结果进行了对比分析。研究结论可为国外项目的牵引变电所直流系统设计提供参考,帮助习惯于国内规范的设计人员快速适应并正确运用国际标准和规范。The electrical railway engineering design of overseas projects often requires design methods that differ significantly from those used in domestic projects,especially when it comes to the selection and calculation of some typical equipment.These projects mostly adhere to the requirements specified in international standards such as IEC,EN,IEEE,etc.For the traction substation’s direct current system,overseas projects often require the use of nickel-cadmium accumulators instead of lead-acid accumulators which are commonly used in domestic projects.The paper,based on an overseas project as a typical case,provided a detailed description of the statistical principles and calculation conditions for the direct current load in the traction substation in accordance with the calculation requirements for the capacity of nickel-cadmium accumulators in the IEEE-1115 standard.It discussed the calculation methods and steps for determining the accumulator capacity of the direct current power supply system within the station and compares them with the selection calculations based on Chinese standards.The findings can serve as a reference for the design of the direct current system in traction substations for overseas projects,enabling designers accustomed to Chinese standards to quickly adapt to and correctly apply international standards and specifications.
