中国休闲渔业发展的区域差异研究

摘　　要：为促进中国休闲渔业区域协调可持续发展,文章利用2011-2020年地级市面板数据分别对中国休闲渔业的省际差异和区际差异进行测度与分析。研究发现:第一,中国休闲渔业总产值的区域分布呈现东多西少、南多北少的特征;第二,中国休闲渔业的区域差异较高且主要来源于区域间差异,而区域内差异较小;第三,中国休闲渔业的区域差异变动与区域发展政策变化密切相关,稳定的区域经济政策有利于缩小区域差异。基于此,为促进中国休闲渔业的区域协调发展和缩小区域差异,提出加速产业融合、加快市场建设和促进传统渔业转型等相关政策建议。To promote the coordinated and sustainable development of China's recreational fisheries,it is necessary to analyze and discuss its development status and regional differences.This paper measures and analyzes the interprovincial and interregional differences of recreational fisheries in China by using data from 201l to 2020.The results show as below.Firstly,the regional distribution of total recreational fisheries output value in China is more in the east and less in the west,and more in the south and less in the north.Secondly,the regional differences of China's recreational fisheries are relatively high and the main source is the inter-regional differences,but the intra-regional differences are relatively small.Thirdly,the variation of regional differences in China's recreational fisheries is closely related to the change of regional development policies,and stable regional economic policies are conducive to reducing regional differences.Based on this,in order to achieve regional coordinated development and narrow regional differences of China's recreational fisheries,this study puts forward relevant policy suggestions on accelerating industry integration,accelerating market construction and traditional fishery transformation.
