摘 要:辣椒是我国第一大蔬菜作物,设施栽培辣椒的比例越来越高。随着种植年限的增长,设施土壤盐碱化越来越严重,耐盐辣椒品种的筛选和选育是有效解决设施土壤盐碱化的手段之一。对目前国内10个推广面积较大的辣椒品种进行0.15 mol/L NaCl处理,并对其发芽率、发芽势和幼苗鲜质量等进行比较分析,以期筛选出耐盐能力较强的品种。研究发现,盐胁迫下10个辣椒品种的发芽率、发芽势和幼苗鲜质量等均呈下降趋势,其中20Z663、博辣皱线4号和星悦的下降程度较大,博辣5号的下降水平较低。结果表明,不同辣椒品种耐盐胁迫能力存在差异,博辣5号耐盐能力较强,可以作为盐碱地种植的优选品种。Pepper is the first vegetable crop in China.The proportion of protected cultivation for pepper is increasing and soil salinization is becoming more and more serious after several years’cultivation.Screening and breeding of salt-tolerant pepper cultivars is one of the effective means to cope with soil salinization.In this study,10 popular pepper cultivars were selected as the materials.Their germination rates,germinating energies,and fresh weights of seedlings were analyzed under 0.15 mol/LNaCl stress to screen out the cultivars with strong salt tolerance.The results showed that the germination rates,germinating energies and seedling and fresh weights of all the cultivars were decreased under salt stress.Among which,the decreasing tendencies of 20Z663,Bolazhouxian 4 and Xingyue were higher and Bola 5 was lower.The results indicated different pepper cultivars had different salt tolerances,and Bola 5 had stronger salt tolerance,which could be used as the preferred cultivar for protected cultivation.
